Management Philosophy

Premier District Management supports the basic philosophy that a resident controlled Board is best suited to provide the legislative direction and guidance for a community while the District Manager and staff provide the administrative support and leadership to helping them meet those objectives. As a team a community prospers when the Homeowners Association, elected Board of Supervisors and staff work cooperatively towards common goals. This is "linking" all resources towards achieving those goals for the betterment of the community we call home.

Records Management

All records are retained on a dedicated server and backed up daily at our Fort Myers office.

Field Management

Experienced staff dedicated to providing a variety of maintenance options. Services include monthly detailed inspections to on site full time personnel dedicated to the maintenance of your facilities. 

Professional Staffing

Premier District Management takes a proactive approach to the Districts operations and management of your assets. As part of our commitment to our clients, we provide a fully empowered team of experienced professionals who will fulfill the needs of the District. Experienced personnel have been retained for field services, recording of minutes, document retention, public records requests, financial services, assessments, utility billings and research staff to manage your projects.
